Swansea In Wales is the second largest city in Wales and the regional centre for South West Wales with a growing population of over 310,000 people of all age groups and nationalities.

The poet Dylan Thomas once called Swansea an ‘ugly, lovely town’, and this city has a very busy student population. Studying a range of very popular subjects at Swansea University. Which is located very close to one of the longest beaches in South Wales and Singleton Park.

And the many students that study here keep the city’s bars, clubs & nightclubs busy in the evenings and weekends when they aren’t studying, of course, or visiting families back home.

The city centre has a river running passed it called the River Tawe. And this river continues on to pass alongside the Swansea Liberty Stadium and the Morfa Shopping Park. This particular area of the city has seen new buildings and apartments built alongside it in recent times.

Affording great views across the area and beyond from this part of the city. Especially if you happen to live here or want to buy one of these high-rise apartments. One major benefit of being a resident here is the peaceful and serene surroundings.

There is a cycle track and footpath running alongside the river. Stretching all the way to the city centre in one direction. And on the other, a continuation of that footpath, giving you access right into Morriston town centre and beyond travelling further into the valleys of Wales.

If you love cycling or walking in general as a way of keeping fit, and you like the quiet and peacefulness, then buying an apartment in one of these developments might be a good fit for you.
